Steps
Stand on a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart and hold one end of the band in each hand with an underhand grip.
Curl both hands towards your shoulders.
At the top of the movement, rotate your wrists to a pronated (overhand) grip.
Lower your hands back down under control, then repeat.
