Steps
Start in a standing position with your feet together and arms by your sides.
Jump up explosively while spreading your legs and arms out to the sides.
Extend your arms above your head and legs out to the sides, forming a star shape in the air.
Land softly back into the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
