Adjust the preacher bench to fit your height and sit on it with your upper arms resting on the padded surface.
Grasp the EZ bar with an underhand grip, hands closer than shoulder-width apart.
Curl the EZ bar towards your shoulders while keeping your upper arms stationary.
Lower the EZ bar back down under control, then repeat.
