Steps

Stand facing away from the machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and back straight.
Grasp the EZ bars with an overhand grip, hands placed wider than shoulder-width apart.
Curl the EZ bars towards your shoulders while keeping your upper arms stationary.
Lower the EZ bars back down under control, then repeat the movement.
