Steps
Attach an EZ bar attachment to the low pulley of a cable machine and select an appropriate weight.
Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and back straight.
Grasp the EZ bar with an overhand grip, hands placed wider than shoulder-width apart.
Curl the EZ bar towards your shoulders while keeping your upper arms stationary.
Lower the EZ bar back down under control, then repeat the movement.
