Steps
Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing up, and your arms extended by your sides.
Allow the dumbbells to roll down to your fingertips.
Curl your wrists upward as far as possible.
Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
Lower the dumbbells back down with control.
