Steps
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor, holding a dumbbell in each hand above your chest.
Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc until they are level with your shoulders.
Return to the starting position by bringing the dumbbells back together over your chest.
