Stand next to a cable machine with the handle attachment connected at the lowest position, palm facing upwards, arm fully extended.
Hold the handle with one hand, palm facing upwards, arm fully extended.
Curl the handle inwards towards your chest while keeping your elbow close to your side.
Lower the handle back down under control, then repeat the movement.
