Steps
Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly outward.
Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
Hinge at the hips and rotate your torso to one side, reaching towards the opposite foot with the opposite hand.
Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
