Stand in the middle of a cable crossover machine with a handle attachment in each hand, palms facing upwards, arms fully extended.
Step forward to create tension in the cables, then curl the handles upwards towards your shoulders while keeping your elbows close to your sides.
Lower the handles back down under control, then repeat the movement.
