Steps
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with an underhand grip and arms fully extended in front of you.
Curl the barbell upwards towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows stationary and close to your body.
Lower the barbell back down under control, then repeat the movement.
Benefits
The barbell standing concentration curl isolates the biceps brachii and brachialis muscles, promoting muscle growth and strength in the upper arms. By maintaining a fixed elbow position and performing the curling motion with a barbell, it helps develop greater bicep definition and size.
